I have been doing calligraphy since 1979 and have had a commercial studio in the Montclair District of Oakland since 1981. All of my many lettering styles are done by hand with brass dip nibs and ink or water–based pigments such as gouache or watercolor. I am proud of my reputation as an artist as it is based upon my quality of work and attention to detail.

My many years of experience have enabled me to develop a broad client base which allows me the opportunity to do a variety of projects. And I have accumulated many resources and contacts that all work together to create fun & rewarding projects for me and make for very satisfied clients.

I can design the invitation, hand letter each one if it is a small wedding, or simply address the envelopes. Remember that the first impression of your wedding is the invitation, and the only impression if your guest is unable to attend. An envelope that is hand calligraphed will only add to the beauty and elegance of this special day.
